Ownership Structure

H-share listed company (HK0552) with stock-controlling by China Telecom


China Communications Service Corporation Limited (as the China Comservice for short, HK0552) is an overseas listed company with stock-controlling by the China Telecommunications Corporation, China Mobile and China Unicom. The company is a large-scale enterprise approved by the State Council, authorized by State-owned Assets Management Committee of State Council, and registered at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for establishment. The company is the largest domestic service provider of information network technology, and it’s the first production and service enterprise in the domestic telecommunications industry which was listed overseas, then it started its public offering and listing in Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 8, 2006. It’s nearly 30 countries and regions where China Comservice has set up branches. The scope of business covering is more than 50 countries and regions, such as   Hong Kong, Macao, Asia, Africa, South America, Europe and Australia. China Comservice has taken part in a strategic alliance with major global operators and equipment manufacturers. Currently, China Comservice has over 10,000 engineers engaging in international business.


Guangdong Communications Services Company Ltd is a wholly-owned provincial subsidiary of China Communications Services. It is also a provincial-level company with the largest scale, widest scope of business under China Communications Services. There are more than thirty subsidiaries and branches. It’s taking charge in managing and operating the branches in Hong Kong, Macao,Libya, Egypt, Kenya and other countries or regions.
